The Special Libraries Association – Arabian Gulf Chapter (SLA-AGC) would like to inviting you to be part of the SLA-AGC 19th Annual Conference & Exhibition, which will be held at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi, UAE, from 23-25 April 2013 under title of “ The Future of Professional: Break the no longer traditional profession and tune in to the future of digital professional environment”.
This year, the SLA-AGC is organizing the annual conference with the United Arab Emirates’ National Research and Education Network (Ankabut). Ankabut is one of the major research and key educational players in the UAE and their involvement provides added value experience for our chapter. For the last 18 years the SLA-AGC has been able to build good partnerships and relationships with different government, academic and professional organizations in the Gulf region. We believe that these partnerships play an important role in shaping the new generation of information professionals in the Gulf region.
