We will seek to enhance cooperation with library and information associations in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, the Arab Federation for Libraries and Information, and scientific and professional organizations. Because of the high level of specialization and profession.

I conclude with a word to the younger generation to apply for volunteer work, and start wherever you are, your national societies, and your Gulf society. Volunteering, work, and participation will make you leaders for the future, but remember my advice: Work for the sake of the profession and professionals, and do not work for your personal interests or gains only, and remember that the sweetness of volunteer work is in giving.
